Tech Jam 2012

Logic Supply at VT Tech Jam 2012

We’ve been growing at an incredible pace over the past few years. Finding our future “rock stars” to help us drive towards our goal is no easy task. That’s why it’s always exciting to sponsor and participate in the annual VT Tech Jam that was held this past weekend.

It was amazing to meet so many students, technology enthusiasts and of course, job seekers at Logic Supply’s booth. Logic Supply showed up in force, with over 10 of our own staff taking part in the events over two days. We met with hundreds of individuals throughout the course of the event, participated in a How to get Hired panel discussion and have already started to line up some follow-up interviews for our open positions. Thank you to everyone who stopped by the booth! Job seekers should take a look at our open positions and apply online. If you’re not sure of a specific role, we encourage you to submit a general application and we’ll see if there’s a good fit… either now, or perhaps in the future.

In addition to being a great job fair, the VT Tech Jam is also a showcase of so much that’s happening in Vermont’s tech sector. This year was the first year of the Tech Jam Awards, or “Jammies!” Congratulations to Microstrain for winning the Innovation Award and the Champlain College Emergent Media Center for winning the Ambassador Award. A panel of judges from IBM, Google, Seven Days and the VT Agency of Commerce & Community Development did a fantastic job of reviewing applications and selecting excellent representatives of the growing Tech Sector in Vermont. As Logic Supply continues to grow, we’ll be expanding our footprint on the map, both physically and figuratively!

We hope to see you at next year’s Tech Jam!

In the meantime, check out what it’s like to work at Logic Supply below:
