Certified for Ignition SCADA management software, the IGN400 high-performance rugged MQTT gateway leverages powerful Four and Six-Core processors to create an incredibly versatile rugged edge SCADA platform. The IGN400 is perfect for manufacturing, food and beverage, retail, warehouse management, and smart city applications when paired with Ignition software.
FANLESS RUGGED DESIGN
Designed from the ground up to survive the most challenging environments, the IGN400 is tested using IEC 60068-2-27, IEC 60068-2-64 and MIL-STD-810 procedures for vibration and shock tolerance, and meets the in-vehicle UNECE Reg.10 E-mark and rolling stock EN50155 standards. The system is able to withstand impact force up to 50G, vibration up to 500Hz, and temperatures ranging from -40 ~ 70°C, making it a reliable choice for challenging environments.
CUSTOMIZABLE HIGH-PERFORMANCE MQTT GATEWAY
The IGN400 offers customization and flexibility for reliable SCADA management and deployment with integrated CAN bus, customizable 8-bit DIO, 6 USB 3.1 Gen 1 ports, and three LAN. A user-programmable micro control unit (MCU) provides even finer control, including humidity and temperature monitoring from within the system. The IGN400 is configurable with 4G LTE, AC Wi-Fi, and gigabit LAN to offer a range of connection options and scales to your SCADA deployment’s needs with expandable ModBay™ technology to enable additional LAN.
CELLULAR CONNECTIVITY
This system is compatible with our Extrovert 4G LTE technology, an integrated modem pre-certified to operate on many of the world’s most popular cellular carrier networks. Extrovert 4G LTE hardware is ideal for today's mobile, edge computing and Industrial Internet of Things applications. To take advantage of this feature, simply configure your system with Extrovert 4G LTE connectivity and then contact your carrier to activate.
