WHAT WE BELIEVE IN

We lead by example. And everyone is a leader.

Far more than words on a wall, OnLogic was founded on four Core Values, and they continue to serve as a guide for every decision we make and the way we act each and every day.

Be open.

Be clear and forthright in decisions and actions. Be generous and direct with opinions and objections, and encourage constructive feedback.

Be fair.

Act in the best interest of the company, your colleagues, our business partners and customers. Respect the ideas, actions and the value each of us bring to our work.

Be independent.

Embrace opportunities to do things differently and act on initiative. We control our own destiny and are not beholden to, or solely guided by, industry norms or trends.

Be innovative.

Improve how we work, make our processes more efficient and always drive toward better results. Develop solutions which solve current challenges and anticipate future needs.

Social Responsibility

Opportunity, Inclusivity, and Sustainability

We've always worked hard to make a difference in our global communities, but there's so much more to do. These are our goals:

Create opportunity.

By empowering the innovators of the future.

Foster inclusivity.

By ensuring inclusivity is the norm not the exception.

Drive sustainability.

By encouraging sustainability improvements across our industry.
Our Story

“We wanted to build a company that we would want to work for.”

When we began as Logic Supply back in 2003, our goal was to provide builders, makers and doers the technology they needed to create next generation computing solutions, while building a company that we would want to work for. Today, we’re helping innovators around the world develop solutions to outsmart the most complex technology challenges.
Our success all along the way has been driven and realized by the collection of brilliant minds and incredible skills that make up the OnLogic team. Adding amazing new faces and talents is what empowers us to “make it possible” for our customers and for each other, and what makes OnLogic such an incredible place to work.
We hope you’ll join us.

You’ve Got Questions, We’ve Got Answers

The best way to learn about working here is from our team, so be sure to read the testimonials in the Who We Are section above. But here are a few more words, gathered from a few of the regular "culture conversations" that our leaders have with team members:

"I like that everyone on my team is focused on the same goals, we work great together as a team and we all get along and like each other personally. It's a really great environment."

"I'm encouraged to speak openly and question what we're doing and how we're doing it, and I get questioned about why I'm doing something a certain way. As an engineer, it's a great environment and a great way to learn from others."

"Everything you read in the Life at OnLogic document you will really experience, once you start working here. The core values are so much more than just words on the wall."

We seek to make the experience of interviewing at OnLogic as informative, efficient and (dare we say) fun as possible. Our hiring teams are carefully chosen to assess your skills and provide a good overview of what life at OnLogic is like. This ensures that you and our team can be assured of a great match!

A typical interview process begins with a phone interview with a member of our HR team. If we (you and us) determine that it is a good fit, a detailed overview of the hiring process will be provided. This can include a technical assessment, a role play, a presentation, and/or interviews with one or more of the following people: a member of the Executive Team, CEO, and/or one of our Founders. Candidates interviewing for leadership roles will be asked to participate in a Manager's Assessment, as well. Throughout this process, you will have a primary contact from the HR Team to help guide you and answer any questions along the way.

We're nothing without our team, so employee health and safety is a top priority. We are committed to maintaining a safe and clean environment for all employees.

Yes! Your continued success is ours as well, so professional development will be a key focus through every step of your career at OnLogic. You will work with your manager regularly to develop the skills you need to grow in your role or add new skills.

You will receive open and clear feedback on your performance all along the way.

OnLogic encourages employees to look for and seize opportunities to always add more value. We also regularly bring in outside speakers and experts to share best practices, tips and career guidance to further develop your skill set.

Fast paced, open, and collaborative.

We don't have a formal dress code policy, we want our team to be comfortable. Much of our team wears business casual attire, while others are most comfortable in jeans and t-shirts. Your attire should fit your role and be appropriate for a work environment.

Part of being "open" is making sure our team understands where they're thriving and where they could improve. Every team member has regular 1-on-1 meetings with their manager, leveraging our Learning Management System, to ask each other questions, understand goals, review their personal accountability document, and check in on both current projects as well as career development. These meetings are as much for team members to raise concerns as they are for managers to coach employees. Every new team member also has a 6 month review, with annual reviews every year thereafter, to more fully discuss performance, explore professional development opportunities and review their accountability doc.

OnLogic is an equal opportunity employer, and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, religion, color, national origin, sex, age, sexual orientation, gender identity, and status as a protected veteran or individual with a disability. Verification of US employment eligibility required.
