The TRS-RT100 is ideal as an entry level system for automotive applications featuring the energy-efficient Intel Atom processor and optimized for harsh environment installations. With a wide operating temperature range of -40°C~65°C this system can be remotely deployed in an outdoor enclosure or within the interior of a vehicle. It combines wide temperature tolerance with a plethora of ports and wireless options to power commercial in-vehicle applications. Extensively tested for vibration, this system is built to withstand the most demanding mobile environments.
Powered by the energy efficient Intel Atom 1.86 GHz D2550 processor and featuring an automotive power supply featuring ignition sensing and hard off/soft off timing delays, this fanless computer can be powered by the vehicle battery without draining it. This feature also protects the system from harsh shutdowns, extending its life and ensuring reliability in the field. Furthermore, the wide power input of 9 ~ 32 V, combined with extensive shock and vibration resistance, ensures that this unit can fit into multiple modes of transportation including trains, boats, and buses.
The TRS-RT100 has a wide range of expansion options including two PCIe Mini Card slots, 3 USB 2.0 ports, dual GbE LAN, and GPIO. Installed with wide temperature 2GB memory and 60GB solid state drive with advanced host power loss protection. Video playback is carried out via DVI-I that offers a secure connection for both digital and analog signal. The TRS-RT100 features two SIM card slots and 4 SMA-type external antenna connectors with the optional 3.75G GSM and GPS module, making it ideal for fleet management or remote vehicle tracking.
