Found the almost-perfect system, but need a little more?

Logic Supply assembles and tests a range of systems that are well suited for specific applications and then offered as complete, off-the-shelf solutions. However, we know that one size doesn't always fit everyone's needs, so we also provide hardware engineering services designed to meet the level of technical involvement and price-point you require. Whether it's a simple tooling adjustment to the back panel of a case to provide access to extra I/O or a total chassis design under a tight development schedule, we are here to help!

Rapid prototyping for time sensitive projects.

The advantage of using off-the-shelf hardware means it's there when you need it. Sometimes, though, it's either more than or not enough of what you need. Why wait for the right solution to be developed? We can deliver prototype system configurations within just a few weeks time by employing our in-house design engineers along with domestic and foreign fabrication capabilities. We can initially produce low-volume custom enclosures and system configurations and then eventually scale to larger productions.

Custom Case/Enclosure Design

Total solutions for custom enclosures.

Allow us to design enclosure solutions specific to your application and environment. Choose the level of durability, ruggedness, certification, and system integration for utilization in consumer, industrial, automotive, and scientific environments. Our total solutions can include custom cooling, component selection, branding, environmental testing and validation, EMI testing, CE/UL/ETL certification, and more.

We also can design unique extrusions, custom sheet metal, and milled machined parts that can be used in tandem with off-the-shelf enclosures, mounting brackets, and specialty cooling components.

Custom Component Design

Extra cooling, PCB boards, header cables—you need them, we can make them.

Your application requires a great deal of legacy I/O, but your mainboard only outputs a fraction of that. Logic Supply can design and produce custom interface PCB boards (including breakout I/O) for a clean, polished solution for accessing additional I/O from the mainboard or system.

For performance-based systems in extreme environments, we can design custom cooling solutions: including liquid, forced cooling, TEC (solid state chillers), and heat pipes. Or, just need a simple cable for your project and can't seem to find it anywhere? Logic Supply can design and produce custom cables and wire harnesses to meet your needs.

Concept Design

Have a complex network of subsystems, and need to see how one of ours fits?

Logic Supply can create drawings, 3D Computer Models, and computer simulations of concepts or existing systems. This means that you can take a "virtual CAD assembly" and add it into your virtual application to see if it fits. Virtual drawings are also excellent for sales demonstrations and team verification prior to ordering and making an investment in the final solution.
