The Quanmax QBOX-1000 is an ultra-compact, efficient, and ruggedized system. It is equipped with the Intel Atom N270 and 945GSE chipset, which, as a pair, deliver less than 11 watts total TDP (depending on use). The platform features DVI-I output, Gb LAN, 4 USB 2.0 ports, wireless connectivity, and eSATA all in a fanless, durable enclosure. The QBOX-1000  also comes with a VESA-standard (MIS-D 75, 100) mounting bracket that has a place to store the AC adapter so it doesn't hang loose from an LCD panel. This system is ideal for industrial control, light digital signage, and kiosk applications. And, swap out the notebook HDD with a 2.5" SATA SSD for the reliability of a solid state platform.
