With VIA-based mainboard and Nano processor. Fanless system featuring add-on module expansion options, reversible LCD display, and support for two hard drives. Ideal for use in both industrial control and networking applications.
The SolidLogic Nano GS-LCD-1 fanless system is a versatile and ruggedized PC designed around the advanced VIA Nano processor. Featuring the NF76 series mainboard with support for additional LAN and COM port expansion options, this system is quite versatile and can be used in broad range of networking and industrial control applications. This system has an integrated 4x20 character LCD display (reversible) with a 6-button keypad and 4 status LEDs enabling the system to operate without a monitor. Fanless systems are ideal in environments where dust, dirt, and grease predominate. This system is a great stand-alone appliance, and with a solid state storage device, the Nano-GS-LCD is excellent for remote deployments. The integrated CrystalFontz CFA635-TMF is a STN negative Blue display with 4x20 characters, 4 bi-color LEDs and a 6-button keypad. For details, documentation and drivers of the CFA635, see the CrystalFontz Web site. If the standard "Build and Test" option is selected, please allow 3–5 business days for completion before shipment date. Systems that are assembled by Logic Supply are subject to an industry standard restocking fee of 15% if returned.
*If you do not order the optional power button, you will need to initially turn on the system via the jumper on the power header. Thereafter, the BIOS can be configured to start the system when power is applied, or to wake on the system through keyboard/mouse. Please note that in Serener cases, the mainboard fan and heat sink are removed and replaced with a heat pipe in order to create a completely fanless unit. Note: The mainboard for this system has 1 IDE port. If you install an IDE flash module into a mainboard with only one port, you will not be able to connect any other IDE devices (i.e., HDD or second HDD).
