The VIA EPIA-P830 Pico-ITX mainboard is an ultra small footprint, embedded platform that features exceptional graphics performance. Designed around the VIA Nano ULV processor and VX900H chipset, the EPIA-P830 has built-in support for MPEG-2/4, WMV9, VC-1, and H.264 hardware decoding acceleration. An impressive package, this mainboard packs energy-efficiency, feature set, and high-end image processing performance all into a form factor that can fit into the palm of one's hand. The P830 has back panel access to HDMI, VGA, 2 USB ports, and Gb LAN. It also offers onboard pin headers for LVDS, GPIO, and UART. It also features a connector for an optional daughterboard, providing 2 PCIe Mini Card slots for Wi-Fi expansion. The EPIA-P830 enables 1080p playback without sacrificing size and is ideal for digital signage, healthcare, and other graphics intensive applications.
