The new VIA EPIA-M700 is the latest release from VIA that touts an advanced feature set while still maintaining efficient operation. Designed around the new VX800 digital media chipset, providing enhanced media playback, this mainboard is well suited for use in high-end multimedia applications. The EPIA-M700 can support dual DVI or DVI plus HDMI configurations, as well as full support for DirectX 9 3D graphics. It has 2 SATA (3 Gb/sec.) connectors, dual Gb LAN, up to 2 GB DDR2 667 memory support, and a wide range of onboard connectors. The VIA EPIA-M700 is ideal for embedded applications requiring greater performance when running intensive graphics displays.
