The BCM970012 has been replaced by the BCM970015.

The BCM970012 Crystal HD is a video/audio hardware decoder in the PCIe Mini Card form factor. It is designed to reduce CPU utilization and allows for full HD real-time decoding support for mobile platform solutions.

This card doesn't come with mounting screws, please choose from the Accessories drop-down above. Most, but not all, of our Mini-ITX mainboards with a PCIe Mini Card slot include one or two M2 x 0.4 mm screws. 

Compatibility:  This product should work with most mainboards and systems, however, the following products are NOT compatible:

• Gigabyte GA-6KIEH-RH
• MSI MS-9830 (MS-945GSE-A)
• Quanmax QBOX-1000

The following products have been tested and ARE compatible; other mainboards and systems may work, but have not been tested

• Jetway NC96FL-510 Mini-ITX Mainboard

Please note: This product requires software that is able to utilize DirectShow Filters.  Media Player Classic is a free player that is compatible with most media formats.  Direct playback of commercial Blu-ray discs is not supported at this time.
