Logic Supply strives to make our customers' shopping experience as enjoyable and straightforward as possible. Please see the following information below regarding our ordering and shipping policies.

Ordering

Logic Supply offers consumer and corporate customers and government and educational institutions easy purchasing through our online store. Online we accept: VISA, Master Card, American Express, Discover Card, PayPal.

Corporate, Government & Education Accounts

In addition to our online storefront, we offer business customers Corporate Account services, which include technical consultations, quotes, and volume (10+) pricing. For qualified customers, we accept Purchase Orders and offer Net Terms. Shipping

Logic Supply ships throughout the United States and Canada. With the exception of AFO/APO addresses, we do not ship internationally. Most orders are shipped from our warehouses in Vermont. Larger orders may drop-ship from warehouses in California.

To estimate your shipping costs, please add the items you wish to buy to your shopping cart, click cart, and enter your zip code. Our calculator will generate an estimate for you. Cut-off time for shipping is 4 p.m. eastern standard time.

In general, in-stock component orders will ship the same business day and built systems will ship in 3–5 full business days (larger orders may take longer). To estimate shipping time, see the UPS map below. Actual delivery time depends on the shipping method chosen.

Canadian Customers

Orders shipped to Canada are subject to customs duties, local taxes, and/or brokerage fees. UPS will charge you separate brokerage fees if shipping through UPS Standard (Ground). To avoid brokerage fees, please choose UPS expedited options and confirm you have no assigned third party customs broker. To lower the shipping cost we also offer USPS and DHL shipping, however, processing of these shipments might take longer.

Canadian shipping estimate:

• UPS Express — next day
• UPS Expedited — 2–3 days
• UPS Standard — up to 7 days

Note: Due to the cost of administering returns, all non-U.S. sales are final. For warranty returns, Canadian customers must bear the shipping costs to and from Logic Supply and any duties, taxes, and/or brokerage fees associated with the RMA.
