Ordering

Logic Supply offers consumer and corporate customers and government and educational institutions easy purchasing through our online store. Online we accept: VISA, Master Card, American Express, Discover Card, PayPal.

Corporate, Government & Education Accounts

In addition to our online storefront, we offer business customers Corporate Account services, which include technical consultations, quotes, and volume (10+) pricing. For qualified customers, we accept Purchase Orders and offer Net Terms. Shipping

Customer is responsible for all shipping and insurance charges. Logic Supply will ship anywhere in the U.S., Canada and, at its discretion and under specific terms, to other international destinations. If items ordered are in stock and customer payment is confirmed, orders for products consisting solely of components (no built systems) that are placed before 5 p.m. eastern standard time usually ship the same business day if using UPS as the shipping method. Please note: this is not guaranteed. Orders for products consisting of multiple components that have been assembled into a system by or for Logic Supply usually require 3-5 full business days for building and testing. Volume Orders may take longer. Rush orders for systems must be placed by 1:00 p.m. eastern standard time in order to ship by the end of business the next day.

Shipping and delivery dates are not guaranteed. Orders can be delayed because of payment, billing, or shipping verification in order to prevent fraudulent credit card transactions. Shipping closes at 5 p.m. eastern standard time for orders being shipped via UPS. For other shipping methods (DHL and USPS), shipping closes at 2 p.m. eastern standard time. Tracking numbers will automatically be sent to the customer when the order has shipped. Logic Supply does not process or ship orders on weekends or national holidays. Logic Supply reserves the right to use an alternative shipping method due to weight restrictions. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Products purchased or received under these terms and conditions are subject to export laws and regulations of the United States of America. Title and risk of loss to products pass from Logic Supply to customer upon Logic Supply's delivery of the Products to the carrier.

Estimated ship dates

International Customers

Orders shipped internationally are subject to customs duties, local taxes, and/or brokerage fees. DHL is the only shipping method available to countries other than the U.S. and Canada. The fees are explained below:

  • Customs Duties – A tax on the import of goods
  • Local Taxes – A tax on the import of goods by the local state or province
  • Brokerage Fees – Fees paid to a broker for processing a shipment across the border. Brokerage fees may be included in the shipping costs depending on the shipping method you choose. Any taxes/duties will be billed to the receiver. Shipping costs do not include the cost of any taxes or duties.

Note: Due to the cost of administering returns, all non-US sales are final. For warranty returns, International customers must bear the shipping costs to and from Logic Supply and any duties, taxes, and/or brokerage fees associated with the return (RMA).

Canadian Customers

UPS will charge Canadian customers separate brokerage fees if shipping through UPS Standard (Ground). To avoid brokerage fees, please choose UPS expedited options and confirm you have no assigned third party customs broker. To lower the shipping cost we also offer USPS and DHL shipping, however, processing of these shipments might take longer.

Canadian shipping estimate:

  • UPS Express — next day
  • UPS Expedited — 2–3 days
  • UPS Standard — up to 7 day

For DHL and USPS estimates, you will have to create an account with Logic Supply and be logged in to get an accurate shipping estimate.

Delivery times are not guaranteed, and we do not split orders if items are not available. Please check to confirm everything in your order is correct and working within 7 days of receipt. For information see our Warranty & Returns policy.

Free Shipping

Logic Supply offers Free Economy Shipping within the United States on all online orders of $250 and above. If your purchase qualifies for Free Economy Shipping, you will see this option available at the time of checkout.

 

We only offer Free Economy Shipping to orders shipped within the lower 48 states of the US (excludes Hawaii and Alaska). For Canadian and International customers, we have an Economy Shipping option available via USPS on certain products. For smaller components, this can help reduce overall shipping costs.

Military/APO Orders

Logic Supply offers shipping to APO/FPO addresses by U.S. Mail (USPS). This option is available when you enter your APO/FPO address as the shipping address during checkout.
