| Power-Up: Leverage High-Performance Boards & Systems |
|
Spring is here and we're finally emerging from a dull, brown, snowless winter. It feels good to re-energize and power-up for the summer months ahead. That's why we decided to turn to some of our more powerful motherboards and systems to talk about this month. Of course, powerful isn't synonymous with power hungry. The selection we feature below offer up dual core processing power with minimal energy consumption. This is critical for us because our computers need to maintain a small footprint, remain cool, and draw less power than their desktop counterparts while being required to run many of the same tasks and processes people use big, beefy computers for.
Also, just in case you missed the announcement last month about the product discontinuance of the Intel D945GSEJT "Johnstown" mainboard, you can read our latest blog post on it. The article includes a table detailing the differences between the migration options for this board.
