| Windows XP is End of Life |
| |
| How Does that Affect Me? |
|
Logic Supply is an authorized System Builder; we sell OEM Windows XP licenses for installation onto our systems or for installation on a third-party system. While retail versions of Windows XP are no longer available for purchase in the consumer market, OEM licenses will be available until 1/31/09. After that, Windows XP media CDs will not be available for purchase through any authorized distributor. Customers who have standardized around or configured a platform on the Windows XP operating system will have to transition over to Vista. However, there are options available to make this transition easier. Logic Supply is working with Microsoft to assist our customers with this process.
