Featuring high-performance Core i motherboards with integrated Intel HD graphics for 3rd and 4th generation Core i platforms (Ivy Bridge, Haswell), the MK100-UPS is ideal for processing- and graphics-intensive machine vision, networking applications, network-attached storage, digital surveillance, or industrial control. Dual muffled fans keep the system cool and quiet while dual expansion slots allow for the integration of additional networking, PoE, or video capture cards.
Intended for scalable customization for small or large volume deployments, the modular MK100 system was "designed to be redesigned" and can take advantage of OnLogic FlexPlate technology which allows for the installation of a front-mounted slimline optical drive, LCD display with multifunction buttons, a 4-drive 2.5" HDD hot-swap bay for network-attached storage, or a combination that includes the LCD display and hot-swap bay.
With a wide input range of 11 to 24 V, this in-PC power supply can be adjusted to provide 12 to 24 V of uninterrupted DC-DC power. With battery backup feature, OpenUPS2 can accommodate most computing needs for roughly up to half an hour of runtime, allowing the system to shut down normally and protecting the hardware and software in the event of a power failure.
