Company Culture

Open Office Environment

It's all about the people. Our collective ambition to create an environment where everyone feels part of something great motivates us to stick together through challenging times and celebrate those times when we're moving forward at an incredible pace. This is only possible because Logic Supply provides the type of office atmosphere where people feel respected, acknowledged for their ideas, and inspired to be part of a dynamic group of individuals.

It's also about effective communication between employees and departments. We actively focus on clear, timely communication between the different departments at Logic Supply and we promote the following standards:

  • an Open Door Policy – information about the company is available to any employee seeking it;
  • a Do Unto Others Approach – people are treated the way they want to be treated;
  • and an Open Workspace – there are no private offices at Logic Supply. We operate in an open, welcoming environment where people can easily communicate with each other.

Core Values and the Four Pillars of Success

All that we do at Logic Supply is guided by our Core Values. These values are our compass, providing direction and  inspiration when navigating both calm and stormy seas. The Logic Supply Core Values are the following:

  • Open: We operate in a transparent manner with all employees, customers, and vendors and hold each other accountable for results.
  • Fair: We strive to act with respect and integrity toward one another, maintaining consistency in our processes, actions, and decisions.
  • Innovative: We are innovative in our products, use of technology, and the continuous improvement of our internal processes.
  • Independent: We operate in an independent, self-motivated manner as a company and as individuals. We have the ability to make decisions about our future as a collective entity without external pressure from outside forces.

These Core Values enable us to be consistent in our approach to the development and continuous improvement of what we call the "Four Pillars of Success." These are People, Processes, Products, and Presence.
