Shipments to Sanctioned Entities: OnLogic does not ship products to certain regions, entities, or individuals subject to U.S. or E.U. embargoes or sanctions, including but not limited to those in the following countries:

  • Donetsk People’s Republic (DNR) and Luhansk People’s Republic (LNR) regions of Ukraine
 

Please Note: All orders (excluding U.S., Canadian, and European Union orders) paid for by bank transfer are subject to a $50 processing fee for International wires that are below $1,000.

 

Customs Fees: As the importer of record, the recipient is responsible for any additional levies, duties, taxes and other customs fees required for clearance. These fees are not additional shipping charges. They vary from country to country and change often, so we are unable to control or predict them. Please contact your local post/customs office for more information before purchasing.

 

OnLogic will not issue credit for any orders that are refused or abandoned due to issues with customs fees. OnLogic will not mark merchandise as below its stated value or mark items as "gift." Doing so is against U.S. and International government regulations.
