Order Fulfillment

The Job

• Picking and packing domestic and international customer orders with extreme accuracy and attention to detail
• Receiving/accepting deliveries while inspecting the condition of items
• Updating stock levels in inventory, and communicating updates to appropriate internal departments
• Understanding international shipment procedures
• Management of shipping and packing materials
• Demonstrating familiarity with computer hardware components

The Candidate

The ideal order fulfillment candidate is a self-motivated, well organized, and energetic person who can effectively contribute to a team environment. He/she has computer experience (proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and World Ship is a plus), can communicate effectively with customers, and can answer/respond to general support calls.
