Cole at HIMSS 2013
The Healthcare Information and Management Systems Society (HIMSS) annual conference is in full swing in New Orleans, and Logic Supply is on site and meeting customers and prospective customers.
Cole Downing, Sales Engineer, sent this report: “HIMSS is proving to be a great venue for connecting with medical appliance & device manufacturers. We’re talking to image capture specialists, and well as those doing mobile medical carts and bedside infotainment. Everyone is looking for small, configurable systems that are long-lived and reduce total cost of ownership.”
The AG960, a durable NUC-based mini PC, is attracting the most attention, Cole tells us: “It’s small, so medical system developers can fit it in a wide range of medical environments. Its customizable, so we can easily turn it into a branded medical appliance. And it’s highly efficient, so this system boosts medical cart runtime.”
