Hi Francisco,
In this scenario, the GS-L06 does not have an optical drive and the customer would have to open up the case to install Windows. You could install Windows using a USB drive in a network install; however, Microsoft does not support this kind of installation and does not recommend this approach.

The GS-L06 system is a difficult build in the first place, so we prefer to handle as much customization on our end. Customers who have experience building fanless systems and are familiar with handling the components (heat pipe with heat paste), then they should be well adjusted to this particular build.

Being that you plan to install Linux, using a flash drive for installation shouldn't be an issue at all.

In your website I read that installation of Windows-family OS (why would you do that!?) on some systems with this board (e.g., GS-L06) must be done by professionals. Could you elaborate? I am actually planning to install Linux (Gentoo), and was wondering whether there are any "gotchas" to take into account...
