The following benefits are available to all full-time employees:

Paid Holidays & Vacation Days: Logic Supply has 8 paid holidays and offers 14 days of paid time off for full-time employees to utilize for vacation, sick, or personal wellness days throughout the year.

Group Insurance: The well-being of an employee is one of Logic Supply’s biggest priorities. Full-time employees are eligible to participate in an excellent health insurance package and a voluntary dental insurance plan with coverage starting the first of the month following employment.

Paid Parental & Family Leave: In addition to providing time off for mandated parental and family leave, eligible employees are provided with up to two weeks of pay during such leaves without needing to utilize normal paid time off.

Employee Profit Sharing: All employees are an integral part of the company; when the company is successful, then everyone benefits from the efforts he/she puts forth. Full-time employees share 20% of the profits earned annually.

Retirement: Full-time employees are eligible to participate in our Simple IRA retirement plan after 6 months of employment. Logic Supply makes a dollar-for-dollar contribution up to 3% of your salary.

Computer Hardware Discounts: Full-time employees are able to purchase any Logic Supply components or computer systems at a significant discount.

Insurance Discount: All employees are eligible to receive a 10% discount on auto, home and other personal insurance products offered by Liberty Mutual Insurance Company.

Training & Professional Development: Logic Supply provides a wide range of training and professional development opportunities utilizing both in-house expertise as well as external training and educational resources.
